Children and the Holy Rosary

July 27, 2018

Theology of the Body Rosary Meditations by Debbie Staresinic, took our world by storm. The integration of Theology of the Body teachings brought the rosary alive for many adults. It is a beautiful way of reflecting on the mysteries of the rosary. Now, a year after the release of Theology of the Body Rosary Meditations, we are happy to announce the release of a new rosary book for children and families.

Children embark On a Mission to Love

On a Mission to Love teaches young children how to pray the rosary in a delightful way. Each Hail Mary has a meditation phrase that develops the whole mystery by the end. Its a wonderful way to pray a decade a day with your family or classroom or entire school! Five mysteries can be prayed every week — a full rosary per month! The church encourages the family to pray the rosary daily. Children gain confidence and are more likely to continue practicing their faith if they pray the rosary often. Praying the rosary with your family teaches them to give God their time, among many other reasons.

Like Theology of the Body Rosary Meditations, the new book On a Mission to Love, integrates John Paul II’s teachings. We are not only praying a powerful prayer, but we are learning and reiterating the importance of recognizing the dignity of every person.

On a Mission to Love is due to be off the presses August 15! If you are interested in more information please follow this link to the website or click here to purchase.
