Receiving the Gift (3-5) — Online Formation for Educators
We are excited to introduce a new course starting this September, Receiving the Gift, specifically for first-timers: parents, grandparents, catechists, even teachers to get the confidence to teach ROOTED from Grade 3 through Grade 5. Five weeks of unique and unrepeatable formationfor any Theology of the Body educator beginning Fall 2020! See all the details by clicking this link…
Our Receiving the Gift online formation program walks you through the themes, lessons, and activities of our new Unit Lesson Plans (required, see below) one by one. For $49, you’ll get five 60-minute online sessions expertly presented at the same hour every other week. One coaching course is specifically for anyone teaching Grade 3 through 5. (There is another choice available for anyone teaching Kindergarten through Grade 2.)
REQUIRED: This training requires the purchase of ROOTED curriculum: Grade 3, Grade 4, or Grade 5. We have recently added beautiful Unit Lesson Plans for each of these ROOTED curriculum offerings. The new Unit Lesson Plan book features a lively and interactive five-day plan for each grade (3-5). It comes with your purchase of the ROOTED curriculum and will be shipped free in late August/early September to those who have already purchased – it’s a great way to get started teaching now – in the classroom, remotely, or at home.
There are limited seats, so if this is of interest to you, purchase the curriculum and buy your seat now for a September 15 start, every other week until November 10. These are designed to give any willing adult confidence to start teaching NOW. It’s a great way to build community with others who have a heart for sharing this great gift of our faith.

You CAN do this. This is our time to build the Kingdom of God and change the world for the better through learning, teaching, and sharing Theology of the Body starting now.
It’s a gamechanger for someone to be deeply convinced of their personal self-world, dignity and purpose, knowing themselves to be infinitely and unconditionally loved by God and called to live in a communion of persons in his image. This self-knowledge includes respecting and revering oneself, others and above all God. It affects the choices made by young people about how they will treat others and expect others to treat them…. It’s a unique, theological approach to Christian anthropology that lays out the pathway to a happy, deeply fulfilled life.
